Canto Del Mar is the perfect place for both part-time and full-time residents who enjoy a "walk to the beach", proximity with close access to the nearby amenities of Dominicalito and Dominical. Located on a hillside, perched over Dominicalito Bay, this villa offers a wide spectrum of views including spectacular sunsets! Panoramic views of the bay allow you to watch the surfers in the waves below and look across the bay at the small panga boats as they come and go. Looking south there is another window ocean view that looks at the Osa Peninsula. Due to the jungle landscape of this mountainside, wildlife such as monkeys and Toucans frequently visit the Canto Del Mar property.
This villa consists of two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms on a multiple level floor plan. Walking into the villa on ground level you look across the large living room and immediately see the ocean. The full sized kitchen allows you to cook and entertain guests in the living room, and at the counter bar while also enjoying the views. Sliding glass doors open up to the wrap around deck that leads to the pool area.
On the side of the villa is a splash pool with a nice waterfall feature and LED lights adding to the ambiance. Near the pool is the covered rancho with a BBQ and table set. Potted tropical plants placed throughout the deck space reminds you that you are in paradise. The lower level consists of two master suite bedrooms each equipped with its own large bathroom and ocean view terrace. All the rooms have air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable during the hot days. Also located in the lower level is the laundry room complete with washer & dryer units.
